WENDY HERNÁNDEZ is a former educator turned entrepreneur. She began her career in education as Special Assistant to school-turnaround expert Dr. Lindsa McIntyre. Over the course of 10 years, she worked alongside Dr. McIntyre at three Boston high schools servicing at-risk students. She managed office operations, designed administrative procedures, co-wrote grant proposals, supported human resources, taught English literature, and served as an instructional coach.

With a knack for building genuine relationships with influential leaders and developing administrative workflows, Wendy started LionsPride Assistant, a full-range administrative consulting services focusing on supporting high-profile executives, entrepreneurs and consultants.

Wendy’s educational background and diverse experience set her apart from the traditional administrative assistant. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she attended on a Talented Minority Scholarship, a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and successfully completed a collection of short stories at Lesley University’s Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing program. Wendy works alongside award winners, trailblazers and industry experts as a solutions-oriented administrative partner.

Wendy is a free-spirit and proud Lioness who believes that her only responsibility is to live in happiness and authenticity. She supports causes in the LGBT community, education, and animal rights. Wendy is guided by three principles: loyalty, honesty, and integrity.
